Are there any dangers of flushing saline solution through your nasal cavities?

I keep thinking that the water goes down your nose and into your lungs.

not likely, there's some reflexes to prevent that you're not supposed to breath. + you'll cough it up anyway unless your lungs are really fualty.

oh yeah.. flushing the nasal cavities, you got to fight the immediate reflex to throw up or choke

but it fixed the distressing gunk clogged up for weeks in there

I've got sinus problems.... it wouldn't hurt to give nasal irrigation a try.

uhh.. dunno.. but it's easy enough to replicate...

i used a syringe the only time i irrigated my nasal passages...

go to YouTube to look for instructions or just google it...
